Auction Information
All lots in this auction are customer returns from a major online retailer. We dont test or check any lots all items are sold as seen with refunds on damaged and faulty items. We try to give clear prictures and descriptions for each lot.
Delivery & Collection
Due to the current Covid-19 situation we ask you to call us and arrange a collection time to limit the number of people on site and be able to work to the current government guidelines. Items must be paid for in full before being collected.
Majority of lots in this auction will be eligible for delivery, however some lots are too big to be delivered this will mainly be the larger rugs and larger pieces of furniture, therefore, these lots must be collected. Most pieces of furniture and items are flat packed and still in their original packaging allowing us to offer delivery. More delivery information and prices available in the shipping tab.
If you require the items to be delivered, we must receive payment in full before the start of designated delivery date.
If items have not been collected or paid in time for delivery, we may charge a storage fee this will vary between £1 and £10 a day depending on the size of the item.
Auction Fees
The price that you bid is not the final price. The majority of lots may be subject to 20% VAT on the hammer price, all lots will be subject to Buyers Premium and an internet service charge will be applied, these charges will be clearly stated. Payment
A pro-forma invoice will be sent once the sale has been completed, which must be settled in full within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this time, addition charges may be incurred. For your security, we cannot accept payment by card over the phone. If you do not receive your invoice, please send an email to info@kingslandauctions.com or call 01568 708564.
If you require the items delivered, we must receive payment in full before the start of designated delivery date.
Item Grading
Each Lot will be listed with a grade, which will describe the condition of the item.
We do not check or test any items on sight before selling as we mainly sell on behalf of companies who grade the stock themselves. The majority of items we sell with be Grade A, B or Grade U (customer returns)
Brand New – This will include all brand new stock and can be expected to be in full working order.
Grade A – This is the highest possible grade and reflects that the product is in excellent or very good condition and can be reasonably considered to be like new, refurbished, or similar. Some Grade A items may have minor cosmetic marks and/or damaged/missing packaging.
Grade B – Items that are considered that may show signs of mild use but overall looks great. May not come with original packaging and possible missing some accessories but will be in working order.
Grade C – Items will show signs of everyday use, and will be generally faulty or damaged with repairs/refurbishment usually required. Items may be broken, incomplete with missing parts and accessories.
Grade U – These ungraded/untested goods. This may be the sellers company policy or preferred selling methods. These items will vary in grades A to C. This will mainly be when we are selling customer returns which we find vary dramatically from items being new or faulty/damaged.
We have no wish to deceive anybody and endeavour to describe and grade items as best as we can.
